The town grew by 819 people in 2024 alone, and since 2020 many summer flats have become year-round homes. Safes come with those homes, sometimes locked, often without instructions. Many electronic safes lock out for a few minutes after several wrong codes, and keep doing so while you keep trying. Leave it for a quarter of an hour, then try the code once, slowly. If it still refuses, ring. ### We bought the house and the safe was left locked. Have the escritura or the purchase contract to hand.
